In Tea & Rum, your goal is to take control of the island and become one of two winners: the new Pirate King or the Governor. You can even be both! One thing is certain: you don't want to end up among the losers...

To achieve this, you have 5 rounds to wisely place and remove your Workers, manage your Resources, and implement the strategy that best serves your ambitions.

Angering the Crown or the People could compromise your chances.

To win, will you prove your loyalty to the Crown, or will you lead the People's rebellion?

Tea & Rum is a strategy game where every decision counts. Two types of victory points coexist: BLUE VPs represent the prestige of the Crown (victory as Governor) and RED VPs represent the support of the People (victory as Pirate King).

This dual scoring means a game can end with two winners... and just as many losers.

Across the 5 rounds, you place or remove your Workers on the Action Boards to Build Buildings, Hire Captains, Fulfill Contracts, or Trade Resources.

Each round ends with the People's Wishes being granted: those who best meet expectations (Hygiene, Security, Entertainment) receive valuable rewards.

As soon as a player reaches 8 Blue VPs, they must secretly choose an Allegiance to the Crown and hide their victory points. The tension rises...

Tea & Rum also features a 2-player mode with an Automa and a unique mechanic of gradually discovering the final victory color, ensuring intense games until the very last second!
